Molly is passionate about helping women in transition be who they were meant to be. By showing women easy ways to look their best and feel good about themselves during times of transition, their self-esteem soars. They learn "how to put it all together" to create the powerful image they desire.
Your Image, Your Life is a natural outgrowth of Molly's successful, 26-year career in the image and glamour business with her other company, Aloette Cosmetics. She is a certified color analyst, makeup artist and wardrobe consultant.
But that's just the start. She's also developed tools and systems to add value in a variety of areas to people's lives. On a highly personalized basis, Molly has mentored, coached, trained and developed thousands of individuals to greater heights through inspirational leadership and personal development. As a professional speaker, Molly teaches that what you put into your mind, heart and soul is what you will show to the world. It is your image, and it announces who you are.

Molly is pursuing a personal dream by earning her pilot's license so she can fly around Puget Sound and share that experience with her husband and their four children.
